A School Trip To The Somme - Another Dimension To History

 

For a year leading up to students Washington D.C. trip, teacher Michelle Rochel prepares her students for the journey in their classroom. She currently teaches 5th and 6th grade Religion, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade Social Studies and Science. She is also the Middle School Coordinator and Dean of Students at Saint Anne Catholic School in Somerset, Wisconsin. For the past decade, Rochel continues to be taking her students to Washington D.C. where they're able to learn firsthand about American history.

 

The city has numerous landmarks, some going back its a pointer as part of the Hanseatic League, and something the easiest way to find out them is to please take a boat trip round the harbour and along the rivers and canals.
